We often hear from health experts constantly say “ Eat the rainbow” - when it comes to produce that is. Adding a lot of colorful fruits and vegetables in your diet is key to maintaining good health and gut health. Now, I often talk about the importance of eating your greens, and those dark leafy ones, but also there are some few yummy fruits loaded with anti-aging benefits that will keep us happy and radiant as the years go on. So, next time you are craving a sweet snack, these fruits will not only satisfy you but will keep you looking and feeling young. 

1. Berries Anti-aging

Berries are some of the highest most concentrated sources of antioxidants, encourage cell renewal and younger looking skin. They are also rich in vitamins C and A, which promote collagen production and keeps healthy eyes, skin and other organs.
